Please ensure you have the following ready for the test. IP Pro APP (Downloadable for IOS/Android Devices)

Once installed, register on the app and login.

When you ask us for the test. We will then supply you with the Cloud ID for remote view testing.

DVR Supports SATA HDD connection.

DVR only has VGA and HDMI output, Does not have AV output.

DVR includes Remote, Mouse, Manual and CD

DVR Supports IP Pro App (Remote Viewing)

IP Pro app is compatible with IOS and Android Devices. Free to download.

Recommend using ADSL with Network Cable connecting from ADSL to DVR,

alternatively use 3G/4G/LTE Router with Network Cable running from 3G/4G/LTE router to the DVR.

Does support 3G Modem, Must use compatible 3G Modem, with Sim Card, and Data bundle on the Sim Card. Dependent on strength of cellphone signal in the area.
